1st Auto Transport Bought by DealerTrack
DealerTrack, a Lake Success, N.Y. software firm, Reported it has
acquired San Diego based 1st Auto Transport Directory Inc., an online
vehicle transportation network for $74 Million in cash.
Founded in 1997, 1st Auto Transport Directory delivers transport services
to brokers, Car Dealerships, carriers and Shippers in the United States and
Canada.
Among its websites, CentralDispatch.com, a B2B
network for arranging Auto transport with more than 13,000 subscribers... JTracker.com, a customer relations management (CRM) tool for Auto transport
brokers and MoveCars.com, an online advertising directory for the
car shipping industry.
Mark O’Neil, C.E.O. for DealerTrack, said 1st Auto Transport
helps dealers source and dispatch vehicles in a more timely and cost Friendly manner.
